Steven Frank is a third generation Class A licensed contractor specializing in residential new home construction, additions and renovations. Throughout his summers in High School and College, Steven spent his time working for his father, Andy Frank, learning everything he knows about the building business. Steven's father was a custom Home Builder for four decades and built over 800 homes in the Greater Richmond area.
